It’s about time to have pork back ribs again, such a tasty meal. These two full racks were picked up on sale for ~$2.80 US / lb.
I prepped the two racks of pork back ribs the night before (trimmed, removed the membrane & sea salt tenderized). And just before putting them on the grill, I finished the seasoning prep & went for two different flavors :). Then they went onto the grill for a four hour low & slow 225 F cook. Smoking with hickory, cherry & apple woods.
The fire blanket is used to seal up the gas grill much better for smoking (like a dedicated smoker). It’s works 100X better this way.
Pics of the meat to come.
Cheers, eat well & have a great weekend.
