My BJ does this a couple of times a year and requires realignment after high temp like pizza or cleaning.
It looks like the top band has slipped/moved causing air hinge to move and creating a gap in seal at the back (about 1/4” gap at the widest).
Curious of others have the same experience?
Anything I can do to prevent?

That’s normal as it heats/expands and cools/contracts. The only way to prevent it is not using it. Retightening and realigning is just something you have to regularly do. I only really do it like 1-2 times a year and I use mine every week.
