My wife is 100% responsible for plating and she doesn’t even mind. I’ll grill the perfect meat just for it to look like shit because I suck at presentation.

I did exactly the same thing today! I didn’t take any pics. My babyback ribs came out delicious.
I thought I was weird because I’m ok just eating what I grill and no sides.
Baby back ribs, ribeye steaks, chicken wings, carne asada etc…
Once in a while I make sides.
Those ribs look very good!

Hell yes. Just bought some beef ribs today, but going to have to freeze them for at least a week. Already have a tri tip and chicken ready to go on the Q tomorrow afternoon.
