3(ish) ingredient protein pancakes! 1 cup each: cottage cheese, egg whites, oats blended. 241 cal, 24g protein, 5g fiber for 1/3 of the batch (plus toppings and spray oil as desired)
Ish = I added a splash of vanilla, salt and the baking powder but basically three ingredients lol.
If anyone has any recs on syrups lmk the monk fruit one was… fine.

Did you make the monkfruit syrup or was it bottled already?
Been working on figuring out sweetner options. And so far I’ve come to conclusion that the palate needs to be trained to crave less sweetness overall then you might be able to play around with things so you use REAL natural sugars (fruits, syrups, etc.) in reasonable enough quantities that your body can handle and enjoy!
