Knoxville, TENN. — Taziki’s Vegetable Gyro

2 Tbs. Pesto Aioli (mayo and basil pesto)

2 Tbs. Crumbled Feta Cheese

2 tbs. Grilled onions (2 thin slices)

3 slices grilled zucchini

3 slices grilled yellow squash

1 Tbs. Roasted Red Pepper

1 Tbs. Grilled Red Onion (1 thin slice)

Heat Pita on a flat top griddle or grill

Place all ingredients in pita and fold in half
