Excited for this! Love the unique flavor combinations. Been hearing good things about their spam, smoked cheese, chili oil and hot honey pain suisse.

They use a lot of McCormick artificial coloring

I’ve had their doughnuts a few times when they were making it in their apartment. They’re pretty good.

Hope they’re able to make more, they’ve been selling out before noon everyday.

They officially opened today at 10. was told the first person got in line at 6 am. i waited an hour and got in at noon. they ran out of the spam croissant. I tried every pastry available at the time except the cookies. None of the ube ones tasted like ube. The crullers tasted oily – all three flavors. The chocolate croissant and kouign amman were mid – the kouign amman didn’t have that flaky texture inside nor caramelization. The vanilla donut was very fluffy but didn’t taste amazing. The best thing was the flan donut. The ube latte tasted of coffee not ube. The matcha pandan latte was excellent – the pandan made the matcha less grassy.

I wouldn’t go back unless I’m in the neighborhood and certainly wouldn’t wait an hour again. Wouldn’t wait 10 minutes TBH.
