Many people would say you should pinch them out. My experience: most likely they will drop off anyway because peppers. This year, I like to walk the lazy way: let the plant be.

Completely up to you and your goals. I never pinch mine unless the stem isn’t strong enough yet. That plant is pretty young. I probably wood pinch this one

I’m with OPSP on this one. I don’t really mess with them and the first few sets usually fall off of me unless conditions are perfect. If they do make it before going outside just one to enjoy early in the season!
