(Before getting mad at my plastic usage: I agree! It’s my first day working in office again after years and I just ordered more Tupperware)

I’m going to be spending my entire eating day at work tomorrow so I packed everything the night before. This is all 1208 cals 🙂

Breakfast will be Kashi bar, banana, apples and black coffee

Lunch will be a higher protein Greek yogurt parfait with raspberries, strawberries and cacoa nibs

Dinner is chicken breast & sweet potato salad with a low cal ranch and buffalo sauce

Snacks will be a chocolate rice cake, 2 mandarins and a mini bag of popcorn!

80g protein and 27g fibre! ❤️

  1. Tonight I packed my boyfriend a lunch for tomorrow and used wayyyy too many plastic baggies. We’re trying to eat better and haven’t had a home cooked lunch in a long time! I also just ordered more Tupperware to be delivered tomorrow! Thought this was hilarious how similar our nights were! Your lunch looks awesome and I really hope you enjoy it!

    I think you’re nailing it. Switching to small meals and some snacks really help me to stick to my calorie goal. Keeps you nice and full lol.
