San marzono whole peeled tomatoes, one can of tomato paste, deglazed shallots and garlic with wine and olive oil, half a pound of hot itialian ground pork and half pound of mild ground pork mushrooms, fresh Italian parsley, oregano, thyme and rosemary with calabrian chili paste to finish. Garlic bread with added herbs and parm to finish.
