Been inspired by the pancake posts lately! This is 1.5 servings of Weight Loss with Veera’s low calorie protein pancake recipe (I’ll link below). Calories/Macros will vary depending on brand of yogurt, egg makers, etc. I added strawberries and sugar free maple syrup (not included in calorie count).

For 1.5 servings:
30g Ryse cinnamon toast protein powder
90g 0% nonfat Greek yogurt
38ml unsweetened almond milk
45g self-rising flour
138g egg makers/liquid egg substitute
