Long time lurker, first time poster 👋

I’m into the second week of my cut, tracking against 2220cal | 195P | 60F | 225C.

Focused on prepping simple and clean ingredients that I can throw together quickly during the week. Lots of veggies – roasted brussel sprouts, steamed cauliflowers, peppers, and cucumber.

For carbs I roasted some mini potatoes and yam, have some rice on hand. For protein I air fried salmon steaks and grilled some butterflied chicken breast I marinade ahead of time.
