The decadent dinner will include turnip vichyssoise with caviar, quenelles de poisson and veal cheek Bourguignon with mushrooms and shaved truffles.

Dine like it’s 1969 when “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” was a bestseller and “The French Chef” was must-see TV at a dinner celebrating Julia Child.

Jordan Vineyard & Winery in Healdsburg will celebrate the grand dame of gastronomy with a five-course dinner from executive chef Jesse Mallgren inspired by Child’s French culinary masterpieces from 6:15- 9:30 p.m., Nov. 15.

Served in Jordan’s newly renovated dining room, the dinner will include turnip vichyssoise with caviar, quenelles de poisson and veal cheek Bourguignon with mushrooms and shaved truffles, all paired with a selection of Jordan wines.

Tickets for this intimate dining experience are $295 each and can be purchased at jordanwinery.com/events. 1474 Alexander Valley Road, Healdsburg.
