It is a new style of Rice Pudding with Taro. Coconut cream sauce is slightly thick, sweet and salty. The pudding is topped with steamed taro and roasted sesame seeds.

1lb [450g] Peeled Taro
1cup [160g] Rice flour
2cup [500ml] Water
2cup [500ml] Coconut Milk
½cup [120g] Sugar
½tsp Salt
Coconut cream sauce
1cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
1Tbsp Sugar
¼tsp (full) Salt
½Tbsp Corn starch+Water
Topping
Roasted Sesame Seeds
