  1. 📝Ingredients:
    – 1 serving boiled pasta
    – ½ onion, sliced
    – 2-3 garlic cloves
    – 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    – 1 tsp butter
    – ¼ cup cottage cheese (paneer)
    – 1 tbsp cashews
    – 1 tsp red chili powder
    – 1 tsp oregano
    – Salt to taste

    Method:
    – In a pan, melt butter, add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper.
    – Add 2tbsp water, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
    – Transfer it to blender with cottage cheese, cashews, chili powder, oregano, and salt until smooth.
    – Transfer sauce to the same pan, add boiled pasta and pasta water to adjust consistency. Cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
    – Top with Parmesan and enjoy!
