My secret to making this lower calorie and carb is mixing roasted carrots in with roasted sweet potatoes. That way you were getting more vegetables and less potato but still the amazing flavor. You can also change up the ingredients to whatever toppings you want or however much you want and it really doesn't make much difference in the calorie amount. You can use ground beef instead of ground turkey or chicken and also use different dressings. Whatever to your liking! I have been eating this non-stop for 2 weeks now LOL 1. Lb of meat will make three servings with 115ish G in each bowl.
