was craving lentils but also some sort of wrap so i made this giant bowl of deliciousness:
35 grams of green lentils
45 grams fresh spinach
64 grams cherry tomatoes
a whole bag of cauliflower risotto medley
and 1 joseph’s pita bread
everything came out to 254 calories, 22 grams of protein, 49 carbs, and 17 fiber including the pita. This was SO much food, hit my cravings and was seriously so filling, def gonna be added to the rotation
