    Serious question. Do people enjoy meat with this much fat? I get that is wagyu, and can be prepared well as a specialty. But, even the wagyu i had at a Michelin starred restaurant was like, just good enough to check off the list.

    Once is enough for me. I can’t imagine it being the whole meal. Like foie grass. It’s just not for me, I guess. 

    I love a good ribeye with great marbling and even the charred fat edges, thats delicious. So it’s not just that im against a fatty cut. It just didn’t seem that great.

    I haven’t tried Waygu at all yet. Heard nothing but great reviews though! I know it’s expensive here. Ontario

    I mean I’m jealous of wagyu yakiniku, but just seeing this makes me miss getting yakiniku over there. It’s so damn good.
