  1. looks delish! but what can i use to subtitute harissa? its not widely available here where i live

  2. These new recipes are looking so good. So glad you are adding variety and something for everyone. I would eat anything you make! 😊

  3. This looks absolutely scrumptious! But I would definitely bake that chicken at a higher temperature, or else, broil it once it's done, to get that crispy skin. Better yet, you might even cut some gases in the chicken, all the way to the bone, and marinate the chicken overnight in the harissa mixture, and then bake it at high heat. You'll still get all the flavor, but you'll get a crispy skin by default if you do it right. For those of us who love the dark meat on chicken, the crispy skin is half the reward. But man does this ever sound delicious.

  4. This looks so easy and so good! Perfect because I have half a jar of leftover harissa needing use. I’m pescatarian so I think I’ll do the sauce with salmon and also add some potatoes.

  5. Thank you! So much. This looks So very tasty.
Louise is so Blessed to have you Nico. You are a good example to your family and us all to see your profession as a Chef.

  6. I know I've already made a comment on this recipe, but now I'd like to take a moment and make a comment on this channel. I think it's awesome that the creators of this channel are branching out and including more meat dishes, while still holding on to their love of fresh vegetables and herbs and other ingredients. That's the way it should be. The carnivore diet, the vegan diet, and the Atkins or low carb or no carb diets, are all disasters, masquerading as diets, eating disorders, pretending to be the latest fad in healthy eating. None of these foods are inherently bad, nor do they make us fat, in and of themselves. It's our own choices that primarily dictate that, and the reality is, collectively, we just aren't willing to take responsibility. In a world where everyone desperately wants to win the victimhood game, our health problems and our obesity, is the fault of some other entity, and never ourselves.0
Food is not the enemy. There's nothing in the world wrong with bread, with pasta, rice, legumes, vegetables, or even meat. And the best way to enjoy the process of eating and getting our nutrition, is to open our minds to the widest possible variety of these foods, and rotate them through our menus, often. Tonight I am making pork carnitas for dinner. Tomorrow, it's going to be a sweet potato and chickpea stew, flavored with coconut milk, peanut butter, and cilantro. Completely vegan, but that's the fun of consuming food, is getting something different, and changing it up. And this channel is continuing to improve on that goal, and I love it.

  7. Mi dispiace davvero tanto veder pubblicate ricette di pollo in quello che era una volta un canale di cucina plant based. Non mancherò a nessuno, ma tolgo il follow.

  8. Yum. I love your videos. You make creating delicious food look so easy. I can't wait to try this for my family.
