This uses thinner grilled patties smashed into the grill – not smashburger thing, but close. Onions were grilled in an iron skillet on the grill as well, and finished with butter and bourbon. I made a sauce with mayo, brown mustard, pickle juice, hot sauce, and ketchup.

I've been making a lot of oven fries lately, and these are the most successful so far – I boiled them for just 6 or 7 minutes with salt and baking soda, then tossed them in a little peanut oil and baked them at 450F for about 45 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes or so.
