For the first time since opening its doors last August at the Montrose Collective, Októ Mediterranean is launching a brunch service on April 6.
“We wanted to provide an experience that showcases creative dishes by incorporating cooking techniques from abroad,” Executive Chef Yotam Dolev said in a news release. “A lot of passion went into creating the menu, not just the food, but the beverages as well.”
What’s on the menu
The new brunch menu from the James Beard-nominated restaurant group, SofHospitality, will feature some of Okto’s signature specialties, as well as new dishes, including:

Brunch will be served every Sunday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. according to the news release. Guests will have multiple options on where to dine for brunch that includes the patio, bar or dining room.
