    Once had a co-worker bring in thai soup and said it was spicy. Ate a bowl and couldn’t see through my tears it was so spicy. My respect for her grew immensely.

    If they can’t handle heat well, I’m sure it is. My old boss’s wife couldn’t handle any heat. Like even black pepper to season was too much.
