Hello everyone. I wanted to post my monster shake recipe that I use year round for dieting and bulking.
It's a combination shake that has several different types of protein. This is a great shake for someone who works out daily and needs to hit high protein numbers while being in a caloric deficit. More importantly, this shake is not for those who are allergic to dairy or egg proteins. This isn't vegan, vegetarian, and it will never be.
The best benefits of this shake are the powders are all portable. I travel a lot and take this with me. And more importantly it keeps me falling well into he afternoon.
The recipe is as follows:
- Half a cup of non fat Greek yogurt (members mark )
- 1 scoop of nutricost casein protein powder
- 2 tablespoons of PBFit peanut butter powder
- 2 tablespoons of vital collagen protein peptides.
- 1 scoop now egg white protein
- Half a cup of mixed berries
- 1 cup of liquid egg whites
Blend together.
Options: you can change the flavor of the casein protein to whatever they offer. You can add or reduce the PBfit and vital college protein to change calorie counts. Sometimes if I want to make it sweeter I'll add monk fruit sugar (0 cal) into it.

I have that same collagen and am afraid to use it. Does it change the flavor of things it’s in? Plain gelatin still has a very distinct scent when it’s hot, so I can’t shake the feeling this isn’t as unflavored as advertised…
1c raw egg whites? I would not recommend
