LAS VEGAS – Renowned French Riviera-inspired restaurant LPM and iconic Italian fragrance house Acqua di Parma have once again united to celebrate the essence of the Mediterranean with a special Easter collaboration. In conjunction with the launch of Acqua di Parma’s new fragrance, Buongiorno, which draws inspiration from the arrival of Spring in the Tuscan hills and captures the essence of new beginnings, LPM has crafted a bespoke dessert and cocktail pairing. This unique offering, inspired by the fragrance’s distinct notes and the vibrant flavors of the Riviera, will be available at all LPM locations globally on Easter Sunday, April 20, including at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
This marks the second collaboration between LPM and Acqua di Parma, reuniting the essence of the French and Italian Rivieras. Inspired by the vibrant, blossoming gardens of an Italian Spring, the new ‘Buongiorno’ fragrance infuses this partnership with fresh, herbal notes of lemon, spearmint, rosemary, basil, and petitgrain.
Developed by LPM’s skilled Pastry Chefs, L’ŒUF DE PÂQUES is a delicate LPM Easter Egg, filled with a delightful basil meringue and topped with a tangy lemon chantilly. Complementing the dessert is the Buongiorno Cocktail, developed by LPM Group Beverage Director, Tibor Krascsenics. A twist on the Southside Cocktail, it features aromatics of mandarin and basil, inspired by Acqua di Parma’s Buongiorno fragrance, with a touch of ginger for added depth. Buongiorno, is crafted through the art of co-distillation, where petitgrain and basil are distilled simultaneously, harmonizing their distinct characters into a single olfactory masterpiece. The flavors of LPM’s bespoke dessert and cocktail pair perfectly with the earthy, citrus fragrance notes, inviting guests to step into the European sunshine with each sip.
Guests can enjoy LPM’s signature French Riviera-inspired menu that has long captivated the hearts of regulars and new faces alike, with its focus on the highest quality seasonal ingredients that explore the joie de vivre of French-Mediterranean cuisine. Stand out dishes include Warm Prawns with olive oil and lemon juice; Snails with Garlic Butter and Parsley; Salt Baked Sea Bass with artichokes and tomatoes, and Marinated Lamb Cutlets with olive, eggplant caviar and Pine nuts; and the cult-favorite Vanilla Crème Brûlée for dessert. LPM’s wine list offers an extensive range of wines of global repute, with LPM being a world leader in rosés.
