Tried a new recipe. Not something I usually make but was curious. Overall, I really liked it.
Roasted beetroot and cannellini bean puree (think it needs tweaking. I didn't have tahini like it wanted). Crushed garlic and dill potatoes and a Greek yogurt dressing. Gyros spiced chicken on the side.

Sounds tasty, although the beetroot puree never looks that appetising to me.
Peanut butter is always a good sub for tahini.
