Low cal Philly hand rolls!

340 total calories (not including my side of kimchi)

35 cals – 120 grams heart of palm rice
(Heated on stove, added a dash of salt, sweetener (I use monk fruit and allulose) and rice vinegar)

30 cals – 3 sheets nori

~8 cal – 1 small cucumber

75 cal – 3 laughing cow lite wedges (I added a sprinkle of chive on top)

180 cal – 112 grams smoked salmon (Trader Joe’s, 90 cal per 56 gram serving)

10 cal – tbsp of soy sauce watered down with sriracha mixed in.
