Ghost Pepper Chicken Curry

Came out great! I was hoping to have the veggies kind of melt into the curry. It kind of worked, but I think it'll be even better after it spends tomorrow in the fridge having all the kids in the pool get to know each other. Heat was really good – a face heating spiciness rather than tongue stinging. Will be even better over a bed of rice!
