I want to put an all day breakfast on my menu but I have no idea what to charge. This is just a practise go so forgive the terrible sausage, which I hid under the bacon, I will have 2 proper Lincolnshire sausages on the real thing. There is a Wetherspoons just a few doors away which the regulars keep reminding me of. For reference we’re in the midlands and the price of a pint of fosters is £3.50 here. Any advice would be appreciated.
