  1. Once again, a stunning pizza. Just made my first bigga pizzas this week using MZ Kitchen’s recipe. Its higher hydration made it a little difficult to handle but the results were impressive. I used my stand mixer with the paddle attachment to mix the final dough, which took about 20 minutes. Shall definitely take a stab at your version over the weekend.
