Watched a video that said sear on a pellet at 500 degrees….
Next time I’ll lower the temp but this was a damn good two minutes on one side and one minute on the other 3 total minute steak….. a little over cooked though.

I agree with you but like another wise ☝️ person said..go thicc next time. Honestly for a first run though it looks great. Next one will be perfection! Good stuff

Go 450 and get a mid

I prefer to reverse sear. Slowly bring that internal temp to *just* under how you want it cooked and then sear on a hot pan in butter and garlic for a minute or two on each side. Just enough for a crust. Delicious
