Bought a box of these at Costco yesterday for $20. 14 to a box, 7 of each flavor. The texture is wonderful if you like marshmallow. I love artificial coconut flavor, so the coconut is just scrumptious to me. These feel decadent, and they contain real sugar! I hate artificial sugars, they ruin these kinds of alternatives for me. 17g of protein for 140 calories is damn good, considering you’re basically eating candy. They won’t be for everyone. The fluffy, chewy texture is something my partner hates, but more for me! I recommend these highly!

I got the strawberries and crème ones and they are so good! I crave something sweet after lunch around 2 and that’s been my favorite new treat. I don’t even like marshmallow but this makes me feel like I’m eating a candy bar.

theyre my faves. not looking forward to the day some lawsuit comes out about them containing a deadly chemical or some shit. gonna live it up for now

I’m obsessed with these, I love mint chip and chocolate chip cookie dough. The marshmallow texture is soooo good. But they started hurting my husband’s stomach, so now I’m the only one who eats them in our house lol

Oh my goodness! They are $30 for a pack of 12 where I live.

I like the marshmallow texture and some flavors are okay but I disliked how bitter and sour the brownie flavor was, which dissuaded me from purchasing the box of them at Costco. My other local grocery stores have carried Barebells for the last three months and there are both softer textures and candy bar textures and I have found I like all the flavors. Best sale I’ve seen is $5.99 for the 4 packs in regular grocers.

Nicks Protein Bars (not the candy bars – always weirdly dry) and Quest Crispy / Hero Bars are also great. Nicks being more Snickers-esque, and the Quest Crispy / Hero being like dipped rice krispie treats. I’ve found both at Grocery Outlet the cheapest pretty regularly for $2.99 a box.

That said, I also like regular Quest Bars and ONE bars, always microwaved for about 20-25 seconds to eat warm, but those have a classic protein bar texture and flavor.

Sam’s has the brownie/cookie dough combo box for $20 and got down to $16 a few months ago! I always look out for that deal.

The wife really likes these. They could use some fiber, but I actually like that it has a modest amount of real sugar instead of a ton of artificial sweetener, which makes it hard to digest (not all, but many types like maltitol, erythritol etc). SO complains about digestion issues with many such bars. Of course the trade-off with sugar is calories.

  8. I love them, the flavors, texture, everything. Helped to become a better alternative to actual candy like Reese’s, and I’m always satisfied with just 1 or 2. My favorite flavors are cookie dough chunk and brownie batter, but I’m always checking the site for a new or limited flavor update (looking at you cappuccino, Newtella and pumpkin cookie chunk). It’s disappointing that there’s no other protein bar like it…

Pure Protein makes a bunch of protein bars for 20 grams of protein at 190 and 200 calories. Also my guilty pleasure. I’m going to check these out.

I loved them when I first bought them but for some reason I got sick of them real fast. I always seem to go back to the quest bars.

  12. I miss their original texture. They used to be more like brownies.

I wish they had more flavors at Costco besides these.

I recently tried these using an influencers code on their website! The cookie dough flavor is yummy and does genuinely make me feel like I’m having a little treat! Might try more if I can find any additional sales lol

I’ve been wanting to try these. How big are they outside the wrapper? 140 cal worthy?

The new flavors just came out I am so stoked. I hope the strawberry one is as good as it sounded.

Pretty sure these use mainly collagen protein, just an fyi for anyone wanting to buy these for muscle building reasons also, they’re damn good tho

The chocolate banana one is incredible, I like to let them get cold in the fridge
