Those with an adventurous appetite will be anxious to explore the South American creole cuisine of French Guiana at Pascaline’s latest pop-up dinner this Saturday with seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Chef Didier Ageorges will revisit dishes from his early culinary career that are a blend of Creole, African and indigenous influences combined with French culinary technique.

Dishes include scallop and lobster creole risotto, Colombo pork curry, and four-spice rum-ginger cake for dessert. In addition to the French Guiana pop-up, Pascaline will host a California Cuisine dinner on April 12 and a Singapore dinner on April 19.
