This Spinach Risotto is light ,creamy and full of flavors.Risotto is naturally gluten free making it delicious main course option for many diets.With just a handful of simple ingredients, you can create something that feels straight out of a cozy Italian trattoria—rich, comforting, and surprisingly easy to pull off.
Nо special equipment needed – just get your ingredients together and cook.
INGREDIENTS:
1.200 g Arborio rice (For Risotto)
2.1 onion (chopped into small pieces)
3.1 garlic clove (chopped into small pieces)
4.100 ml white wine
5.700 ml vegetable stock
6. 80 g cow’s butter
7.80 g of Shredded Parmesan cheese
8.Salt and Pepper to taste
For the Spinach Pesto:
1.100 g of spinach
2. 100 g of pine nuts
3. 1 garlic clove
4.The juice of 1/2 lemon
5.100 ml olive oil
6. Himalayan Salt – 1 teaspoon
7. Black Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
