Tosca di Angelo at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong introduced the four-course weekend lunch set under the culinary direction of Chef Angelo Agliano in June.
Angelo grew up in Sicily in the Mediterranean and was influenced by his professional fisherman father. He brings his expertise and experience to the table at Tosca di Angelo by presenting his strengths in exemplifying the umami of seafood.
One lucky winner will be given a voucher to a “Weekend by the Sea” lunch for two. They will have the chance to enjoy fine dining service along with a spectacular city and harbour view while sampling some of Angelo’s exquisite signature dishes.
Embark on your gastronomic weekend lunch journey at Tosca di Angelo with refreshing antipasti with seafood including Boston lobster, blue fin tuna and caviar. It will awaken the palate and appetite for the upcoming iconic Mediterranean seafood pasta and Angelo’s famous risotto acquerello with seasonal morel and mixed mushrooms.
The main dishes highlight the meal with matalotta fish soup and seared line-caught sea bass or wagyu beef sirloin.
The journey ends with a final touch of sweetness: ricotta cream cannoli with candied fruits and white cheese ice cream and Sicilian blood orange granita with mixed nuts semifreddo and almond cake.
