I was doing so well. 14.3 lbs down in less than two months. Wasnt even craving anything. Just hadn’t eaten all day running errands and didn’t have anything thawed out. Not disappointed about it but also not proud. Already have my dinner prepped for tomorrow. Here we go again 🙂

I don’t get it, what did you do? You’re still under for the week, so I don’t see anything remotely wrong with this. You’ll still be in a deficit this week. You didn’t lose all your excess weight by eating a salad for a meal, and you won’t gain all your weight back by eating over maintenance for a day. You’re learning what you need to do and how to have a plan in place so this feeling of no control doesn’t happen again which is great, but I wouldn’t give that red dot an iota of thought. You might see some water weight gain, but thats about it.

– fat cells fight harder the longer the diet goes on is the way I look at it…of course if you are working out, muscle cells have more density and more weight to them….and it appears that you do not lose any weight or actually put on a bit
