This was sat at room temp for about 45 min Seasoned, put in oven at 225 for 8 min. Then the black stone with about 30 second sear on all sides 4 times. Trying to mitigate the grey banding and have a close to evenly cooked steak.

    I would rub it with a garlic clove 30 minutes before cooking. If I grate pepper before the garlic it helps.

    Love the reverse sear and finish on the Blackstone. My favorite method! It looks well rendered so all that delicious marbling will taste delicious. Great job!!!
