Signs are currently being removed from the front of the former Côte Watford unit, between The Beech House and Cassio Lounge in High Street.
The Parisian-style brasserie opened in February 2019, with the brand spending almost £900,000 to create a 130-seat restaurant in part of an extension to atria Watford.

“Sadly Côte Watford is now closed,” a message on the website said.
“We will continue to work hard to find a new location within the city, so this isn’t really goodbye, instead à bientôt.
“In the meantime, we hope to host you at one of our other restaurants.”
Côte has more than 70 locations across the UK and specialises in a range of authentic French dishes including breakfasts, brunches, family meals, and special celebration dinners.
Its Watford branch held a 4.4-star rating from 507 Google reviews at time of closure.
