Filling looks like spicy crab maybe? Looks like that at my local place. Top I’m not sure but looks like shrimp or more crab.

Except a few rolls, each restaurant has their own name for their rolls, so there’s no way to say. You’d have to go by ingredients to find something similar, not by name. And what that restaurant calls it could be a completely different roll in another restaurant.
