RIP your stomach… on a more serious note, just be careful. too much artificial sweetener can wreak havoc on your gut health and can cause major diarrhea. i’ve found that erythritol and I are not friends, but monkfruit seems to be okay for me. wishing you all the best, and happy baking! 🙂

For me, yes it would be a bad idea, but it genuinely depends on how you define keto. I count total carbs and not net. Some of those have oat fiber and/or are really high in total carbs. But again, that really depends on what is working for you.

You can’t really know without trying them but if they: – don’t make you shit your guts out – don’t spike your blood sugar – don’t make you crave/cheat more There’s probably not an issue.

It’s advisable to avoid products labeled as keto-friendly, as many of them contain grains and hidden sugars that you should steer clear of. If you’re following a more lenient version of keto, sometimes referred to as dirty keto, and it works for you, then continue with it. However, be aware that these products may slow down your weight loss progress. I recommend searching on YouTube for videos about net carbs versus total carbs on keto. I only count total carbohydrates as it provides an accurate picture of my carb intake.
