No Euro beach vacay? No problem. These beach day sliders are bringing Amalfi Coast vibes straight to your backyard. Pretzel buns, burrata, prosciutto, fig jam, and arugula = a total snack. Swimsuit optional, obsession guaranteed
Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
⭐️ 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
⭐️ 2 tbsp olive oil
⭐️ ½ tsp garlic salt
⭐️ ¼ cup fig jam
⭐️ 4 oz prosciutto
⭐️ 1.5 cups arugula
⭐️ 2 balls burrata
⭐️ ¼ tsp flaky salt
⭐️ 1 tbsp white balsamic glaze
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Split the King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns in half and add them to a baking sheet – interior side up.
2️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic salt.
3️⃣ Place under the broiler for a few minutes or until golden brown.
4️⃣ Remove and smear the bottom buns with fig jam.
5️⃣ Top with prosciutto, arugula, burrata, flaky salt, and a drizzle of white balsamic reduction.
6️⃣ Place the other half of the buns on top and enjoy!
