Took a bite from a chicken wing and the texture was off, then realised the inside looked like this. I know sauces can turn the meat pink but this is pink everywhere…

Dark meat is reddish in color. Thats normal for wings. not undercooked And it’s pretty damned hard to undercook a chicken wing.

Looks fine. Chicken has that pinkish color sometimes. If it’s undercooked it has a slimy texture.

Pink around the exterior is fine, pink on the interior isn’t. That’s perfectly fine, looks smoked.

all good to eat just don’t eat chicken when you see blood deep inside after it’s supposedly cooked.
