    My guess is a $70 steak and 2 $15 sides so around $100.

    How many ounces? I’m guessing it’s double the cost of the meat. So if you could get the steak at a local market for $50, they are charging at least $100.

    I payed $145 for one at Ruth Chris in 2002…. So $480?

    Is it Choice or prime? Dry aged? All that can affect price…

    Depends on city. Where I live, probably $200ish, depending on the grade/source of the beef. If it’s some sort of fancy wagyu-type steak, potentially thousands.

  9. $150 for the steak. Probably $40 for the sides (15 for asparagus, 25 for the M&C)

    So $190 before tax and tip. More if you had a cocktail that’s not in the photos
