  1. Albert: Delicious.😋This one is a WILL-try — a few ingredients to hunt down (dried apricots or
dates). Here goes. Thanks again, and have a great weekend. (Fan from San Francisco, California.) *!!~

  2. Absolutely great! The only thing I don't like is coriander, but that's not a problem, I'll leave it out, everything else is brilliant.

  3. This is so different and complex. I love all those spices. I can see how it's an explosion of flavor. Then the sweetness of the apricots…delicious!

  4. Superb for working people. Healthy after work meal that tastes great. What is left, take it with you the next day for lunch in a containing device.

  5. Albert, I saw this and just had to make it! I had everything except for ginger, which I substituted with fresh ginger, and coriander, which I just substituted with fresh cilantro. It tastes amazing with those warming spices and is a wonderful meal for today, a meatless Friday in Lent. Thanks for this delicious recipe and greetings from South Carolina! ❤

  6. Thank you,Albert, for making these cooking videos. I was so tired of the typical American meat based diet. I quite enjoy trying out your recipes. The meatless meals have been great on Fridays during Lent. We give up meat Ash Wednesday and every Friday until Easter. Much appreciated. You're a great chef. Thank you.
