the rack of pork can be cut into chops. i got 8 -9 12oz chops. the shoulder is only 2.79lb. buy now before tariffs.

    Or 4 Double Cut bone in pork chops. Sous vide at 140 for three hours and finish over a blazing hot grill. It’s an incredible deal.
