i get so bored of meal prep pretty quickly, so i try to design the prepped meals more modularly and mix up different sides and sauces. here’s to hoping i make it through them all!! generally trying to eat healthy, whole foods and grains if i can!

modular meal prep is a great way to keep things interesting. having a solid library of recipes to draw from can really help with that. i’ve found that searching through gusteau recipes for new ideas and flavors has been super helpful in keeping my meal prep from getting stale. you can filter by diet and nutrition to find healthy, whole food options that fit your goals. definitely helps with avoiding food fatigue and staying on track with eating wholesome grains and all that.
I love this idea, thanks for the inspiration. What containers are these?
ingredients:
entree dishes – beef pork and chicken meatballs with spinach, onion, mushrooms (cream and marinara sauce), chicken sausage with bell and jalapeno peppers (marinara sauce), thai chicken thigh and shrimp curry, chicken tikka masala with thighs, bulgogi seared pork tenderloin
side dishes – steamed broccoli and carrots, steamed broccoli, sauteed bell peppers, garlic green beans, sesame garlic spinach
bases – two shapes of pasta, brown rice, quinoa, red lentils (all plain or with salt in the water)
i mix and match all of these for an illusion of choice lol
Nice strategy
