4. Add plant based mince meat followed by all spices. Stir to combine and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Add pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and broth. Mix then add cooked & drained pasta. Stir to combine again until everything is incorporated.

β’ 2 Tbsp butter, for sautΓ©ing
β’ 1 medium sweet onion, diced
β’ 1 red bell pepper, diced
β’ 1 green bell pepper, diced
β’ 12 oz plant based mince
β’ 2 1/2 tsp onion powder
β’ 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
β’ 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
β’ 1/2 Tbsp dried basil
β’ 2 tsp black pepper
β’ 1 1/2 tsp salt
β’ 24 oz tomato basil pasta sauce
β’ 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
β’ 3/4 cup vegetable broth
β’ 4 oz plant based pepperoni
β’ Plant based mozzarella cheese, for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cook pasta in boiling water with salt (about 2 tsp) according to packet instructions.
