
I’m a young lad, big into fitness and protein. Always struggled to make a decent steak but since lurking in this community I think I’ve picked up on some tips/tricks. How is this? And any more advice?
Steak was a 0.85lb Strip. Also, sorry for picture quality; I was ready to eat.

A bit too overdone, I’d say, but that’s me. Did you pan-fry it or grill it? Did you cook it in butter or any kind of fat? Did you add any salt, pepper, etc?
My steaks usually come out like this. Looks like good sear and nice center to me. If you got good seasoning going that’d be perfect.
