Second run of chicken tandoori skewer. Works like a champ. Flipping with the double skewer because I can’t find my wide flat ones for some reason. Put them tips down on the firebox ring for a little more scorch or on the rim across for a little less.

Delicious, I need some flat ones we’ve been meaning to do this for awhile now
It was nice double cook food prep day. Tandoori chicken over the ripping fire then add the deflectors and close vents and now I’m roasting a small turkey breast at around 400.
