Here is what you need to make homemade sourdough New York style bagels
This recipe makes 8!
175g sourdough starter
250g lukewarm water
1 tbsp honey
10g fine sea salt
500g white bread flour
To Boil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp baking soda
This is the best, beginner friendly recipe, that is actually pretty easy thanks to the overnight ferment method!
