Relatively low effort prep this week – cut up a lot of veggies, made some pickled onions, and just grilled a bunch of protein.

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    Veggies – red and yellow peppers, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, and some Chinese gai lan
    Protein – chicken thighs, chicken wings and some shoulder steak. Marinated the chicken thighs and wings overnight ahead of time.
