Big boy tomato!!!! Ananas noire grown by seed! I’m so proud, it’s my first year growing

Homegrown tomatoes are so good, never had salsa made with them though. I can only imagine how fire that is

Sorry!
I used one ananas noire tomato and one big beef!
The ananas noire was almost 2 pounds by itself!
I used a little more than half a red onion and a bunch of salt and pepper and some cilantro, and maybe a quarter of a big Cuban pepper I had.
Some people use jalapeños but I can’t handle the spice sometimes, it’s weird because sometimes jalapeños are amazing and then other times they are so spicy it makes me cry!
I would say about a teaspoon or two of fresh cilantro (I am one of the people that thinks it tastes like soap, but I can handle it in small amounts and I think it really does bring something to the table here so I gave it a shot) and mixed it all together and did the hokey Pokey and let it all melt together and this morning it is just delicious!
